Carola and I discuss her experience with the menopause, and for me this was really insightful and one which has left me gobsmacked. Carola didn't hold back on her vulnerabilities, her pain, the effects of the depression.
I was shocked by how little this subject was discussed and by little help was out there.

Thank you to both Carola and David for tackling this subject that is normally kept quiet. The openness and honesty on both sides was really admirable and I really hope people listen to this.
