Today I spoke with Tawfiq Rangwala, former trustee of the WE Children's charity, Canada's largest children's charity.
It was torn apart by lies. Lies told by politicians and the media, and today I asked why no one told the truth and how Tawfiq was told by one of Canada's most prominent media outlets, they sourced their information from Google.
And even when presented with the public records from parliament, they, like many others refused to tell the truth. This sensationalism destroyed a charity, and no one has been held accountable.
